Part 4.
1) ghewei tenpei syichug ching
darjye yunrang nejhe pa
sijin lonmag bangdang chey
damthyoe wangdu negyur chig
kushal shasanko jag basali
dirghakalsamma prabardhan ra sthapit garney
dharmik rashtrapati, dharmamantri dharmik
sena ra dharmik prajasahit
sabayi saddharmako vashma rahirahun
May the inhabitants, skillful in world governance, promote and establish religious presidents, dharma ministers, religious troops, and, with the religious citizens, all remain in the power of the true Dharma for ages to come.
2) lodwe thogme nwithu chen
paashum mepei lontsen po
tenpei chhyog jin karchhyog kyong
damthyoe wangdu dugyur chig
nirvad buddhivala,shaktimaan ra nirbhayi
mahamantriharu saddharma shasanko pakshadharbhayi
sampurn kushal svetpakshako palan gardeyi
saddharma matrako adhinma parirhun
May general secretaries of exceptional wisdom, power and fearlessness taking the side of the doctrine of the True Dharma, skillfully cultivating the white side entirely, remain solely in the protection of the True Dharma.
3) den jyekhol khordang chey
dhethen jwejim mishe pei
soenam chhotsen luyi wang
thyoe kyi wangdu negyur chig
shraddhavan swamigan ra daasgan
saparivar jun mahasukhko
sadharak akshaypunyarupi
mahasagarko nagendra
samanbhaykaharu dharmatrako
adhinma sada rahun
May the groups of faithful masters and servants, and all family members who treasure great joy and infinite forms of virtue, becoming as the great ocean’s lord of Nagas, each remain solely in the custody of the Dharma.
4) jyigten gyendang chhowei ten
lotog metog devu dang
sersog nagchho dharshav ig
tsyoepei wangdu negyur chig
lokko alankar ra prani bachne
shrot ann-baali, fal-ful ra
sunchandi, hiramoti, bahumulya
bastu, jangal, banspati, sagar vividh
vasta ra ratnaharu dharmik vyakti ra
sansthako adhinamaa matra rahurahun
May all the embellishments of the world and the sources of survival of sentient beings, food and crops, fruits and flowers, gold and silver, diamonds and pearls, valuable and precious things, the forest, plants and trees, the seas, and various clothes remain in the care of dutiful individuals and organizations.
5) rintsen sashyi ngyam gha wa
jhing vu pegyen pwetsog den
rolmo ngyang ngen malwi pa
dheyang thyoepe wanggyur chig
maharatna ko ramaniya bhumi, kamalko fulharudvara
susajjit pokhri, attar baasnayukta manmohak
banyajal, manoranjan ko shrot bibhin baaj gaja ra
tyaska asheys madhurdhvaniharu ti lokik bastuharupani
dharmik vyakti ra sansthale aafno adhinama raakirhuna
May the alluring grounds of the great jewels, the lotus filled ponds, the highly fragrant forests, the sources of entertainment various musical extravaganzas of endless sweet voices; and those worldly things remain in the care of dutiful individuals and organizations themselves.
6) pwenlob ghedwin thyogtwil dang
khyehu fomo langchho chen
chheso wangthang malwi pa
thyoepa ngikyee wanggyur chig
guru shisya ra nirman kaya(avatari)
samanya stri, purushgan, yuvayuvti lagayat
asheys aayu, punya ra adhikar dharmik vyakti
ra sansthamatrako adinama rahun
May masters and disciples and the bodily manifestations of avatars, including women and men, boys and girls in general live long and virtuously remaining solely under the guardianship of dutiful individuals and organizations.
7) chyomjye gyallon khorche dang
dwigheg damshi jyungpoi chhog
jyungshyee nwepa malwi pa
thyoepa tangjim wanggyur chig
vidhvanskari raja, mantri ra praja saparivar
tadanurup vibhinn Mara, vighna ra bhutharuko
samuh lagayat agni, jal, vayu, pithvi adi
prakritik prakopbata hune asheys hani ti
pani dharmik vyaktiharule niyantran gari
aafno adhinma lyaun sakun
May those endless happenings incurred by destructive kings, ministers, citizens and all family members, such as the assortment of various evils, disturbances as well as the natural disasters of the forces including fire, water, air, earth and so forth, be capably handled by the dutiful individuals in charge.
8) lhalu miyi chheso sog
nedang longchwe dheshyin shyen
dhagdang madhag shyingnam kwin
tsyopei kyewoi wangdu dwi
dev, naga ra manusyaharuka
aayu,punya ra shaktiharu lagayat
tinka sthan , sampatti tadanurup anya
sudha ra asudhha bhavanharu sabayi dharmik
purush ra sansthale svadhinma rakhhn
sakun
May the age, virtue and powers of gods, nagas and humans including their places, properties and likewise other pure and impure spheres be kept autonomous by all dutiful people and organizations.
9) dhorna karnag chhyog jin chhog
ghang du shyugkyang tendo la
cheldang wangsog rabjyin ney
jyesu thwinpar neyur chig
sankshepma svetpakshdhar deva, nagaganharu ra
krishnapakshadharka mara, vidhnasamuhharu jahan
rahepani saddharma shasan ra jagatpranilayi
shakti ra adhikarharu sada pradan gari
dharmanukul matra rahirahun
In brief, may gods in favour of the white side, groups of nagas and evil in favor of the dark-side, groups of obstructions wherever they also abide, always provide power and authority to the doctrine of the True-Dharma and sentient beings of the world. May they remain only in favor of the Dharma.
10) chhiyi jyungwa dertan pei
gyude malwi dheshyin du
lwingag yidang lekwin kyang
wangdu dwishing negyur chig
bahari panch tatva ra ti tatvama
adharit asheys bij ra fal tadanurup
shadgatiye sharir, vachan, chit ra sabayi
karmharu pani dharmik purushle adhinama
lyai lokalayi sukhpurvak pratisthit
parun
The external five elements and infinite causes and consequences dependent on those elements, and through the six realms, body, speech and mind, and also each action being guarded by dutiful people, may pure happiness be established throughout the world.
11) depba thyae thobpei lam
tseding tsung ngui twilshyug dang
gomrig namngi dwitag tu
tsyopei wangdu negyur chig
anant siddhi haru prapta garne margaharu ra
uttam, madhyam, adham tapasyacharya rashutra
ra tantraka duyi prakarka dhyan vidhi
sadasarvada dharmik purushko adhinama
rahirahun
May the paths to acquire infinite spiritual accomplishments and the best, ordinary and lesser practices of penance, sutras and the two kinds of meditation and methods of the Tantra always and forever remain in the safekeeping of the dutiful person.
