Salha tenma lasog pei
Damtsig masung dwenma dub
Jyungnahang malwi shyag pr gyi
panchbuddha, lokanatha, sayilhamo tenmaharuka
shapath palana nagareko ra artha sadhana
nagareko bhayma ti asheysh trutiharuko kshama
yachana gardachhu
I also atone for infinite transgressions, in case I did not benefit others or keep my vows (Palana) specified by Gyalwa Ringna and World Holy Goddess Tenma.
162) dhenda mepei nwithuchen
Bardu chwepa lagjye pa
Baitree lungshyin majyepa hang
Jyungna ngingne thollo shyag
spardharahit shaktiman, vighna-badhaharu
parast garne vir baitriko mukopdesh
yathavat palana nagreka bhaymapani
hridyadekhi kshama yachna gardachhu
I also do penance with all my heart in case I did not follow the practices taught by the wrathful protector god Baitri who is incomparable and powerful in defeating Mara.

Ghanggi lungdang lamma shyug
Ghonggel rangwang chyepa nam
Thamchey yangyang thollo shyag
anyapani guru, bhagwan, jasko
mukopdesh ra margama pravesh nagari
abhiprayay viparit charya garera svadhin
acharan garekaharu sabayi barambar kshama
yachana gardachhu
I also atone again and again for deeds done independently (practicing without guidance) and doing the reverse of God’s will without entering the Path of God and his teaching.

Dwindu gyopa tsenpwe shyag
sankshiptma bhanda anadhi juniharu
dekhi galat ra bhrast charya jati gare ti
asheys doshaharu nathaharu agadi thulo
paschatap sahit prayaschit gardachhu
Finally from past lives without beginning till now, I make atonement with great remorse before Noble protecting teachers Maitri and Lokeshwara for whatever I did contrarily and wrong, poor deeds, and all those infinite sins.

Ngyamjye jyechhug yirang shying
Digpa ritar ghang pung pa
Dheyang lwipa mepar shyag
tadanurup sambhar ra gopya sapathaharu sabayi
nashta gareka, garna lagayeka,
garekoma khusi prakatgari paap
pahadjhhey`n jati jamma gare ti asheys
paap pani prayashit garchhu
Likewise vows and all secret promises, acknowledged by the honored ones and secret teachers, of which I fell short, let others fail, and was content at their failure, if it has resulted in collecting a hill of sins; I also atone for those sins without remain.

By these sins done in the past which harmed me as poisons harm the inside of the stomach, with a very remorseful mind I atone for my sins and pray for forgiveness from all Gurus, Ishta, Dakini and so forth.

Shoggi chhyir yang mijya ho
Jyawa ghang jye thamchey la
Fenchhyir jyepar damchya shung
Ab upranta akushala karmako prakar prana gaye pani gardina...
Jaye kaam garney chhu sabaye ko hita garne garne chhu bhani sapath grahan garchu
From now on, I will never repeat this type of unskillful karma, not even for the protection of my own life. I promise to benefit all sentient beings by whatever I do.

Thulthim farol chhyin par chywe
Aruko Prana raksha gari abhayadana dinchhu
daanle daridrata nirmul garna prayash garchhu
brahmcharya gari satyabhashi bhayera shila
paarmita ko purna acharan garchhu
I will protect the lives of others and offer the Gift of Fearlessness.
By this offering, I am making an effort to uproot sorrows.
By not misusing sexual energy and being committed to integrity,
I will practice Sila Paramita (ethical idealism through following precepts) completely.

Assembling the dispersed family, I am increasing the Sangha. By calm, morally disciplined and touching words, I follow Kshanti Paramita (the perfection of patience, humility and endurance). I’m reciting mantras, chants, and helpful teachings that are to the point.

sarvatra loka dishama parivyapta gari
viryaparmita sampann garna charya garchhu
santushta ra kam chahna dwara man shantma sthapit garnechhu
Pervading in primordial consciousness throughout the world in all directions, I am practicing completely the Virya Paramita (perfection of commitment, devotion, energy and vigor). Being content and wanting less, I establish peace of mind.

By holding thoughts of the immeasurables: love, compassion, empathic joy and equanimity, taming every kind of consciousness in the subtle and gross levels of the mind and becoming the king of Samadhi, I follow the Dyana Paramita (the perfection of meditation.)

Following the righteous noble path for uprooting all defilements with faith and certain wisdom, I practice the Prajna Paramita (perfection of intuitive wisdom.)

Jyigten jyigten ledhe pei
Faglam yangdag jyugpar shyog
apremey bodhi pakshiye anga ra uttam madhyam rasaana charya tatha loka ra lokottara aarya marga ma samayak rupa ma prani ko pravesh hosh
May all sentient beings follow the practice of the Four Immeasurables and of all the branches of Enlightenment of the three levels of virtuous actions – the upper, middle and the lower level -, and the worldly and beyond-the-world noble path of virtue.

Barmei dibpa thugjye yi
Mata pita rupi sarva prani ko surudekhi chit santtitma akashmik pratyebat utpanna sthul, sukshma ra madhyam pap ra kleshaka avaranharu karunaka -
The three types of obscurations (the subtle, middle and gross) of all sentient beings, as kind as a mother and a father, which arise by an immediate cause to their minds from the time of their birth; may those obscurations be purified with Lord Maitreya’s holy water of compassion.

Donam khyeshyin didel wei
Jogpei jyang thyub thobpar shyog
jal le parisudha garera basana
sahit kshay gari jagatpraniharu tapayi

May all mental seeds be diminished. May all sentient beings be on the path of Liberation and Omniscience which is free from all obscurations and achieve Perfect Enlightenment, as You, O Lord, have achieved.

Semchyen namla dangwa yi
Dwanam rabtu shyije ney
Shyishing deleg khyabpar shyog
shahan, sampada, naam, ra, kirti tatha prani haru lali risha garne satru haru ati saant paarera shanti ra sukha kushal sarvatra vyapta hauon
May peace and happiness reign in all directions, assuaging all harmful enemies who are angered by the law, prosperity, good reputation and in general by all sentient beings.
176) jyigten khamsu karchhyog la
Nwejye shintu dugpei rig
Dheyang jyamguen lasog pei
Jyamting sogkyee shyiwar jwe
yas loka dhatuma svetapakshalayi
hanigarne ati vishayjanya nastik tattvaharu
tiniharu pani maityeranatha haruka
maitreyasamadhile shant parun
May also those very harmful negative powers which are acting against the Righteous Path in this Universe, be assuaged through the loving masters’ Samadhi of Loving-Kindness.
177) chyog chyi dowei neman su
Duggi rignam jyenge pa
Dheyang lamei jyinlab kyi
Chyila fenpar memgyur chig
dasho`n dishaka jagat praniharuka
basobas garne sthanharuma
vishayjanya padarth jati chhan ti pani
guruka ashirvadle sabayilayi fayeda garne
aushadhi banun
Also, with the blessing of the Guru, may all the various poisons existing in every direction where there are sentient beings be transformed into medicine which would benefit all illnesses.
178) tenpa dangni twensog la
Ghegdang logdun malwi pa
Thamche ngewar shyigyur ney
Tenpa twenpa ghegme shyog
shasan ra saastaharulayi vighna garne ra
viparit kurale uksaune maraharu
seshrahit sabayi upashant gari shasan
ra saastaharu nirvighna rahun
May the spiritual law and the spiritual guide be free from obstacles; the infinite negative thoughts and obstacles being calmed.
179) milam dyuang nachyyog pei
Dugngel namyang mingyong shying
Lengen bagchhyag daggyur ney
Kudang shying kham mipar shyog
sapnama pani vibhinn dukhaharu kahilayi
pani bhogn napari duskarmako basna
parisuddha bhayer buddhkaya ra buddhabhuvanharu
sapanama pani dekhn sakun
May sentient beings never experience the various sufferings, not even in dreams, by being purified of bad karma and mental seeds. May all sentient beings see the enlightened body of the guru or Buddha and the celestial realm even in dreams.

Shyishying mepar jedu sol
Tashi tagkyee jigten di
Fwinsum chhogshing kyipar jwe
kulakshan dekhineharu shant paari sada
abhavpani garidinuhos. mangal
lakshanharu yas lokasampadayukta bhayi
sukhi banayi dinuhos
I am praying to assuage inauspicious signs and end all sight of them. May this Universe be joyful and full of prosperity by the sight of auspicious signs.
